Meet and Eat with New Mexico Jazz Workshop!

Hello, Jazz Friends!

Come to the Rio Grande Flying Star on TUESDAY, JANUARY 8th from 4-8 PM and EAT for a GREAT CAUSE! On JANUARY 8th, Flying Star RIO GRANDE will donate 10% of the evening's sales (between 4:00pm and 8:00pm) to NMJW to help raise funds for our programs! 

The New Mexico Jazz Workshop (NMJW) is a professional organization committed to employing New Mexico’s musicians and providing unlimited access to a higher quality of life through education and performance. NMJW utilizes social programs and performance to connect the community with the essence of jazz – creating a more empowered and vibrant community.

• Offer more than 2,500 hours of Adult Education classes.
• Provide $9000 in Youth Education scholarships.
• Present educational programming to 5,000 youth.
• Offer youth programs to 95% of participants free of cost.
• Produce thirty live performances where 11,000+ patrons hear 

some of the best in Jazz, Blues and Salsa that New Mexico has to offer.
